Do you have everything you need to submit an abstract for IDWeek?
- The presenting author must be the author who intends to present the abstract at IDWeek 2017.
- The abstract must follow our formatting guidelines.
- Agree to IDWeek’s embargo and copyright policy.
- Resolve any personal conflicts of interest.
After 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 5 p.m. EDT abstracts may not be revised in any way. Additions or deletions of author names will not be permitted after the deadline.
Presenting authors will be notified of the status of their abstract by email on Friday, June 30, 2017. Presenting authors may inquire about the status of the abstract if they do not receive an email by sending a message to email@example.com.
