Exhibitors of IDWeek 2018, alumni groups, and allied societies may apply to host an event or meeting at IDWeek in San Francisco.   Any event that involves IDWeek attendees and/or exhibitors is considered an affiliated event.

Satellite Symposia

Apply for 2-hours of topically-unopposed accredited programming.  Satellites will be scheduled at the Moscone Center or official hotel properties of IDWeek. Satellite symposia programming must be accredited by a third-party organization.  IDWeek and its partnering organizations will not provide accreditation.

Presentation Theaters

Showcase a product or service by conducting a private 1-hour demonstration in a private room at the Moscone Center or official hotel properties of IDWeek. Create a formal classroom environment, free up space at the main booth, and attract large crowds. Exhibitors are responsible for providing audio/visual, speakers, and any food and beverage (optional).

Learning Lounges

Highlight a product or service in one of our two learning lounges by conducting a 45-minute demonstration in the Exhibit Hall.  Create an extension of your booth, free up space at the main booth, and attract large crowds with a hands-on, interactive presentation in an intimate relaxed setting.

Open Educational Galleries

Open Educational Galleries are non-branded, non-accredited events that provide current infectious disease data to a large audience through poster displays.  Galleries offer a fluid environment in which to explore the science and exchange ideas with the presenters.

Submit your application for an alumni reception,  closed investigator, advisory board, allied society staff meeting, exhibitor staff event, or other social function.
